**Delivery Information**


At MV Tools, we aim to deliver your tools promptly and securely. Below are the details of our delivery process to ensure a smooth experience.


**Shipping Method**  

- All orders are shipped via **Royal Mail Tracked 48**, providing reliable delivery with tracking information.  

- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.


**Delivery Times**  

- Orders are typically dispatched within **1-2 business days** of receiving your payment, subject to stock availability.  

- Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within **2 business days** after dispatch, though this is not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.  

- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.  

- Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), goods must be delivered within **30 days** of your order unless otherwise agreed. If we cannot meet this timeframe, we will notify you promptly.


**Delivery Costs**  

- **Free shipping** is available on all orders over **£20** (including VAT).  

- For orders under £20, shipping costs £3.99. The total delivery charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.  

- All prices include VAT where applicable.


**Delivery Areas**  

- We currently ship to addresses within the **United Kingdom** (mainland UK and certain UK islands).  

- For deliveries to remote or non-mainland UK locations (e.g., Highlands and Islands), additional delivery time or surcharges may apply. These will be communicated at checkout.


**Order Tracking**  

- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your **Royal Mail Tracked 48** tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the [Royal Mail website](https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item).  

- If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, please contact us on our contact page.


**Delivery Issues**  

- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within **3 days** of receipt on our contact page. We may arrange a replacement or refund, subject to inspection.  

- If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out, and we’ll work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue.


**Important Notes**  

- Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.  

- We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, or other external factors, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
